In case of equipment warranty/repair request please include information about device model and S/N, as well as a brief description of the defect.
For computer and printers, the serial number will be located on the back of the device, but for some printer models it will be behind the toner door.
The Customer agrees that Baltijas Informācijas Tehnoloģijas may process and use personal data for the purpose of providing the Services of equipment.
If defect not included in the manufacturer's warranty regulations (for example, external exposure, effects of liquid exposure, physically damaged parts, etc.) is detected for equipment transferred for warranty repairs, Baltijas Informācijas Tehnoloģijas reserves the right to request compensation from the customer for the diagnosis performed, according to the price of the service work.
Equipment will be stored in the service after repair for a maximum period of 3 months after receipt of the notification.
