BIT partner Hewlett-Packard to split into two separate companies
The world’s leading IT Company Hewlett-Packard (HP) announced plans to separate into two new industry-leading public companies. Hewlett-Packard Enterprise will define enterprise infrastructure, software and services businesses to allow customers to take full advantage of the opportunities presented by cloud, big data, security and mobility in the New Style of IT, and other that will comprise HP’s market-leading printing and personal systems businesses, which will do business as HP Inc.
