BIT provides a high level quality of service

Every September, “Baltic Information Technology” Ltd. (BIT) has management system audit. During the audit, a representative of audit firm analyzes and verifies BIT processes (including sales and service) compliance with ISO 9001 – the international management system standard.

This year a certified auditing firm DNV GL led the audit. The audit was successful and confirmed that BIT management system has an appropriate level. This result is considered as an independent confirmation of the BIT services quality stability, because it confirms that BIT is a well-organized company with professional employees, which are able to do their work at a highest level.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management system standard, which ensures that organization processes and documentation contributes the satisfaction of customer needs and desires. Compliance with this standard certifies to customers that company cares about its product or service quality, because quality management system is maintained regularly by annual independent system audit that confirms the effectiveness of the system with the certificate. BIT has management system certificate since 2001. This certificate confirms that BIT management system is consistent with ISO 9001 requirements.
