BIT service quality and service level has increased
Quality and service level improvement Increase – these and more other are BIT customers advantages from BIT, as hardware manufacturer Hewlett Packard (HP Inc.) and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) partner, official warranty service provider in Latvian market.
From 1. October HP Inc. and HPE is not anymore directly involved in Latvian market, but now their activity is carried out through professional, experienced and skilled partners. BIT is a long-time HP Inc. and HPE partner and already for two months provide HPE and HP Inc.official warranty service in Latvia. We have expanded the service and hereafter we provide 24-hour support for HPE service contract.
Easy access to components – quicker and easier service
Previously the guarantee component parts was owned by HP Inc. and HPE Latvian branch while physically them was kept in DHL. But since Latvian branch has been eliminated, now all the necessary spare parts is located in BIT office – Riga, Ūnijas street. From that moment we are able to provide for customers fast and comfortable service, which is particularly important for complex defects – workers may faster, more personal way and more flexibly respond to customer requests.
Increase of quality
Services is carried out by qualified BIT service engineers with all original product replacement components, therefore HP Inc. and HPE products and customer service is provided at the highest quality. Thanks to increase of demand our engineers have learned fast and exceptionally high level of work, which have been done according to the highest quality standards.
We would like to inform that the HPE Care Pack service agreement and conditions have been remain valid and unchanged. Existing service contract ensures the highest quality and detail replacement happens in warehouse in Riga.
