The annual IT Infrastructure event has been held
On 5 September, the BIT held an annual event “Technology Thursday” where IT infrastructure specialists were introduced to the latest products and solutions from leading IT manufacturers. The event was special with technical elements so that everyone could get something new from the already known IT solutions.This year the event was attended by significantly more cooperation partners, including representatives from different countries – Finland, Ukraine, Lithuania, etc., giving participants the opportunity to learn about the use of IT solutions elsewhere. For the first time, the event featured a face-to-face look at APC hardware solutions and the benefits of Microsoft. An integral part of the event was a view HP printers and hardware, a presentation on Aruba networking equipment, and an introduction to the powerful HPE Nimble disk array.
It was impossible to miss the information about using NAKIVO Backup & Replication backup software, the benefits of WhatchGuard and Veritas protection solutions, and Zabbix monitoring solutions.
The participants also had the opportunity to learn about the best features of the Citrix Netscaler technical operation and to learn about our experience in the project of creating a vSphere Metro-Cluster for Children’s Clinical University Hospital.
We are very pleased to meet every one of the participants of the event. This time we all enjoyed the beautiful view of Riga, the leisurely atmosphere and the pleasant company.
