HPE Technology & Solutions Summit 2016
In the beginning of February 2016, one of the biggest technology events HPE Technology & Solutions Summit (TSS) was held in France. HPE TSS is a knowledge transfer event targeting Presales Consultants and Solution Architects from both HPE and HPE Partners, covering the full breadth of the Enterprise Group (EG) portfolio of products as well as software, services and solutions. TSS provides HPE Partners and the HPE Presales & Pursuit community with the opportunity to update their knowledge and skills on HPE products through 200+ technical sessions and 70+ hands-on labs, network with HP Experts and other IT professionals, and take HPE ExpertOne exams onsite.

Baltic Information Technology employees also participated in HPE TSS conference to practice and learn more new knowledge that will help you make the business everyday life easier and more efficient. Baltic Information Technology IT service manager Jānis Eglītis shared his thoughts and experience about HPE TSS 2016 conference:
“Being in this conference, did not leave the feeling that even a small break may lead us in the shadow of competitors. The world requires fulminant solutions, things that you can apply for and get in few minutes. Companies grows fast and wants to build their business solutions already in next day, reducing IT infrastructure purchases but giving priority to IT infrastructure rent or receiving cloud solutions.
We as IT infrastructure solutions makers, suppliers and service provider must be able to explore all customer desires before the customer has realized it himself. HPE intensively is working on the discovery and production adaptation to customer desires.
During the conference the latest trends in servers were presented, which clearly indicated that the amount of data and the processing speed is a big priority. A lot of memory, fast wheels and new technologies, in other words: 3PAR storage systems HPE Moonshot and Proliant series server.
