Support from BIT at Preili robotics Championship
On January 27, the Preili robotics Championship was held at Jāņa Eglīša Preiļu Valsts ģimnāzija , where every young man could prove his engineering skills.
This year, the Baltic information Technology word was also seen among supporters, leading to awards from BIT and Acer in LEGO Linefollower, LEGO Sumy Pro and LEGO Folkrace discipline in support of young enthusiasts. First-place winners in all of those disciplines received Acer Chromebook's 511 laptop, second-place winners received Acer Predator Urban's backpack, while third-place winners received Acer Vero essential's backpack.
The awards were presented by BIT service manager Jānis Eglītis, who could not miss this opportunity when he saw where this robotics championship would be held.
Last year, 50 robotics clubs participated and the total number of participants from all Baltic States was 300.
