In late September, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with the Ministry of Education and Science on the use of “Google for Education” in education and teacher education.

Following the successful submission of the tender in the electronic procurement system (EIS) and the approval of the Ministry of Education and Science, BIT will supply 25080 Acer Chromebook 314 laptops to Latvian schools.
