Customer service excellence
Customer service excellence is the value of BIT and appeared Hewlett Packard has been monitoring this case for the past 6 months. As a result, we can announce that we have received an award from HP "Customer Service Excellence 2024 awards". This award, excluding Baltic information technologies, was awarded to only 1 company.
HP is currently moving towards customer service excellence, therefore, for the last six months, they have been actively following customer feedback collected in official partner surveys. Partners who have achieved both a high customer satisfaction rate and a significant volume of surveys were considered eligible for this award.
